Ani Noda

Director of Admissions

I’m here because I feel supported and trusted, and that matters to me. So many behavioral health companies are broken in ways that trickle down to the people they’re supposed to help. What’s different here is the effort. The way this team shows up for each other affects how we show up for clients. There’s transparency, a willingness to listen, and a real intention to do things better from the inside out. That kind of environment feels rare and worth being a part of.

I do this work because I understand it. I grew up around substance use, and there’s a strange kind of comfort in being close to what you know, even when it hurts. But I’ve also seen the other side: the beauty of recovery, the way people rebuild, love harder, and help others rise. Being part of that comeback feels like purpose, like a way to give meaning to something that shaped me early on.

I’ve spent the last several years in behavioral health admissions, starting on the front lines and working my way into leadership by staying close to both the people and the process. I’ve worked across every part of admissions, from the initial call to intake coordination, problem solving, and follow through, and I’ve seen how even small systems can shape someone’s experience of care. I care deeply about how people are welcomed into treatment and how teams are supported in doing that work. One of my biggest strengths is building culture: supporting staff, creating thoughtful workflows, and making sure the admissions process reflects the same care we ask clients to commit to.

Right now, I’m focused on building a thoughtful admissions experience from the ground up, one that feels clear, supportive, and human for both clients and staff. I lead with collaboration, honesty, and a strong belief that the way we treat our team shapes the care we offer.

The Emotional Core
Helping people through something that shaped me gives me both comfort and hope. I didn’t get to see recovery in my own family, but I’m grateful I get to see it in others.

What Grounds Me
Being seen by the people who truly know me, who share my values, and remind me who I am.
