EA to Christopher Bennett, CEO
Why I Do This Work I do this work because I genuinely find purpose in being the person who helps everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Being the main point of contact for the CEO means I get to remove roadblocks, bring clarity to chaos, and create space for others to lead and focus. I love being in a role where I can anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and make people’s lives easier. That’s where I thrive—and that’s what makes this work more than just a job for me.
What I Bring Professionally I’ve been working with different clients around the globe and have provided all kinds of support—operations, marketing, administrative, finance, client management, and just being all around. Through those experiences, I realized that my range of skills has fully expanded, and I know I’m even more effective now in supporting a CEO. I stay ahead, organized, and make things easier for the people I support. An awesome EA brings structure, calm, loyalty, and the kind of intuition that doesn’t wait to be asked—they just know.
How I Show Up at Ava At Ava, I help not just the CEO but also the team and even everyone I encounter on his behalf. I help them not feel pressured with all the stuff around and help them be at ease—with compassion and always being on a positive note. I try to show up in ways that let others feel supported and seen, even in the background.
The Emotional Core I’ve learned that being an EA is not just about handling calendars and emails—it’s about showing up with heart, patience, and presence in moments that matter. I do this work because I care deeply about the people I support, and I find real purpose in helping them feel less overwhelmed, more grounded, and fully supported. This isn’t just what I do—it’s who I am.
What Grounds Me What grounds me is knowing my parents are healthy and being able to treat them to good food and take them to places they’ve never been—it’s my way of giving back.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen, confidently cooking dishes I know…and chaotically attempting the ones I saw on TikTok five minutes ago.
